What I would rather focus on is the story and characters. First, the voice acting for the main characters is superb; both the protagonists and antagonists.
The facial expressions are spot on and convey subtext for those voices. The motivation for these characters is believable, though the antagonists could use more development.The story provides a nice foundation for motivating the characters. I didn't find it to be too dull; it had a good tempo, neither too fast or slow. I enjoyed how the main story incorporated a lot of fiction and history.
The writers and developers found an excellent balance between mysticism and plausibility.The only complaint I have is the difficulty of the puzzles within the tombs. I do agree with others that the tombs have more depth and provide greater challenge compared to the last installment; still, too easy. The graphics blow any console game away, and I still get all of the xbox live features.
It's good to see a real AAA title in the Windows 10 store as well. I hope to see more soon. As for the game itself, it has a great and immersive storyline, and lends itself well to the franchise. Highly recommended by me.Update:I finally beat the game, and the story is very good. There are some very dynamic scenes that really show off the game as well. My recommendation still holds.

It`s authentically Lara - great locations, Assassins' Creed-style crawling and exploring environment, interesting side quests and a good plot. Which means that the game is as much about exploration as it is about collecting, crafting and solving various quests. The story is engaging and interesting. Russian Siberian setting definitely gives an amazing atmosphere (which at times reminded me of the game Syberia) and the storyline of the great city of Kitezh is well though and perfectly executed.Graphics are amazing and the performance was great for me.All in all - 5 stars and I come surprised and delighted. I'm double dipping on PC though I wish the game was cross-buy. Gameplay is awesome and probably the best in the genre. Graphics are amazing and this is one of the best looking games this generation. Lara's character model is the best I've seen in any game.Other than lack of TOBI eye tracking, and the inclusion of Xbox Achievements, this version is not much different than the Steam version.Highly recommended!

Submitted on 2/13/2016 Review title of YanPLEASE give us Exclusive Fullscreen!!!Great game but plagued by a myriad of problems and most are because it lacks Exclusive fullscreen setting that Steam version has. Even with the latest GPU drivers but because I am running multiple GPU's in the system(anyone with Crossfire/Tri/Quad-fire, SLI or 295X2, 7990, 6990 etc. Are affected) it keeps crashing and freezing.
Only 'fix' I found so far is when it freezes Alt+Tab out and back it(sometimes have to do several times for it to work)- this happens every 2-10 mins and especially annoying when it happens during intense battle. I've played Steam version on my friends account(on my system) and it doesn't have any of those problems because Steam has Exclusive Fullscreen while Win10 version is only Borderless Fullscreen. Never buying any other Win10 store games until I am sure Exc. Fullscreen is implemented.
