Hello,I am sorry, that was my mistake to include ' Please perform the below mentioned steps that should resolve the issue'.As i mentioned earlier, the printer driver for Officejet 6210 is an in-OS driver and fullfeatured software is not available for Win 7, hence we'd not be able check the ink level on PC.You may be able to check the level of ink by printing a SELF TEST REPORT.Press Setup » 2. Print Report » 4.

The 3 color lines on the bottom left of the page (ink level) are pretty vague, not as clear as the three color fields on top.With regard to 1. I noticed whilst printing a letter, the bottom part of the caracters are not printed. Changing to 'Best' is the solution for the moment, but not for always.
