I jailbroke my iPhone 5s last week with iOS 9.02. Everything was normal and I saw that 'Find Utilities', 'PAM Modules', and 'shell-cmds' could be upgraded when I opened Cydia so I clicked on 'Upgrade (3)'.
It was going fine and then, while it was at 'Running Debian Packager', I got an error message stating 'Sub-process /usr/libexec/cydia/cydo returned an error code (2)'. Now, I can't download or upgrade anything in Cydia. Tincore keymapper download. Also on iFunbox, when I looked at the status of my iPhone, it says 'Jailed' despite the Pangu application saying 'Already jailbroken'. Does this mean that it messed up while jailbreaking?I already searched up that error code on google and while they were all asked by users on iOS 8.4 or lower (Don't know if this makes them outdated), the only solution I could find was to back up the phone, reset to factory settings and then restore the backup. However, this would have brought me to iOS 9.2 which doesn't support a jailbreak at the moment.
I tried to rejailbreak but Pangu would stop at 90% to say that there is no need to rejailbreak. What should I do?.
